I would go with USAF pilots. The Navy pilot (can't tell from the pic) probably has a flotation device on him since he usually flies over water. USAF pilots didn't wear them.

I would go with 2 of this guy. Using the alternate heads and arms to make them different. Based on what I read, the OV-10D wasn't developed until the early '80s. So this guy should be perfect.

That is one thing I really lack: the art of researching for my models.

ps: there's only Marines decals in the box, even in Caracal Models decals, will the pilots be not at the right place. Note that this will stay here except for photos.
