Unless someone has it in their stash you'll be lucky to find that kit.some show up on Amazon and Ebay but the price is ridiculous.
Does it have to be that kit?you could always buy kit 6700 and obtain a separate decal sheet but not sure on Otto's Tiger tool lay out.
