Hi
Anybody have a reliable retailer(online) they could recommend that carries full lines of kits and other things that I would need to model 1/35 armor?
I live just outside of Seattle WA and want to keep shipping costs and transit times to a minimum.
Thanks for any advice in this regard.

Ron,
Why order?-- Go to Skyway Models in Skyway (just above Boeing Field in Renton). Emil (the owner) carries a full line of 1/35 Armor, and can get just about anything else.

I second what Russ said. Skyway Models is a great store. It seems like everytime I go in there the new kits I just saw in the magazines are on the shelf. He has a good selection of paints and finishes too.

Even if you do end up going mail order, the physical distance from a retailer makes very little difference in the grand scheme of things. It's often cheaper to buy from overseas, even with the higher shipping. Google is your friend. I have no loyalty to any one online retailer. Whoever sells the cheapest (including postage) gets my business. The closest LHS worthy of the name to where I live is a 3+ hour drive, so it's mail order or nothing for me.

I`m getting on top of it now and agree with you about Overseas.
Like you said Google is good!!
