A brand new copy of this book is for sale (ONLY ONE - SORRY I MADE A TYPO IN THE TOPIC TITLE). It was delivered a bit damaged but perfectly readable - just one corner of the cover is a bit creased. But contents are all fine and enjoyable
I have received a replacement since, hence the sale and the lower price that is EUR 15 including shipping in Europe (and maybe to the US - I need to check the rates).If you are interested I will send you photos of the actual book to show you the "damage".
