I am wondering if anyone had any recent experience with HobbyEasy?

I have placed an order two weeks ago on an item that was in stock, however the order status is still ”Request Seller Confirm”. I have sent two follow up e-mails but nothing happened (normally they were pretty good at communication in the past).

Yesterday I made a comment on their FB book, just like another guy, and now I see that all the comments just have been set to invisible recently (although they are still visible but a bit blurred out).

Any idea? I had placed multiple orders in the past with no issues and they always replied to e-mails... So I am wondering they might experience some issues...

There is no option to send FB messages to them.

Hmmm...now just all the blurred comments went to invisible. However they have just replied to my recent comment. So I presume this must have been a temporary issue or something. Anyway we are in touch at last.
