Hi All,
Armour modeller since 69 starting with an Airfix Sherman. Since then totally addicted to plastic. Current interest is in cold war tanks. On the bench, Meng T-10.
Nice to be on board.

Whereabouts in Aus are you located, and what is the significance of the Catfish?

Hi Steve, Welcome aboard mate! Around these parts, they fish for trout … and in a big way! As for me … I don’t fish 'cause I'd just get caught-up in the hooks! Instead, I try to build these model kit thingies and get my fingers stuck together with CA glue!

Tandanus Tandanus, AKA the eel-tailed catfish or Dewfish. My other affliction, spending vast sums of money on aquariums stocked with large catfish.

Another great hobby! I love the natives, my 2 favourites were a Mangrove Jack and a Trout Cod (shhh, don't tell anybody about that one!). Both had heaps of character and were always active. On the Tandanus, I've seen some huge nests in some of the creeks I have explored over the years. Unique critters!
