The Sci Fi channel is reportedly going to make at least 6 episodes of the revamped Galactica series.
I thought the miniseries was pretty cool. And, I thought this was coming because of all of the loose ends.

Good. I liked the mini-series. Let's hope it airs "north of the border".

3? I only saw 2.
Good news on the series. With Enterprise probably leaving the air and NO trek show on (for the FIRST TIME SINCE 1988 !! ), this will lessen the blow.

What, no new Trek!! That's sacrelige. Now serioulsy Gene Rodenberry died what 8 years ago, it's about time that they let him and his creations take a friggin break. Don't get me wrong I loved the series' but enough is enough. Even the Dune series' haven't gone on this long and Frank Herbert has/had a bigger following. Rest in Peace Gene and Frank, and may your works continue to live on in the hearts of your fans.

well that certainly is nice to hear. I enjoyed the new series but looks like we won't be seeing any of this until October or later.

I saw the mini series and was impressed. Still a female Starbuck kind of was out of place to me.

I remember when it first came on, this radio announcer made a joke about Loran Green or however you spell his name, well anyway he was the commander of the Battle Star Glactica, but he for years played Pa on the Bonnaza, but anyway the radio announcer said the first time Loran made the mistake of saying, instead of firing the retro rockets in reverse, he just said Woo, to long on the horse

According to the Seattle UPN station and a DJ who is going to appear on the season finale, Enterprise is going to be back next year. That's good news for this area, since Seattle is that show's #1 market. Not surprising with all the computer geeks and general nerds who live in this area (present company included )
