Just picked up the Meng Mark V tank and I am a little confused as to the brand of paints they are referring to? They list numbers like 71.102? What brand is this a reference to?

I believe it a reference to AK Interactive paints. Meng and AK have partnered.

That is the color code for Vallejo Model Air line of paint.

ie: 71.102 is RLM 23 Red

Thanks Joe, as per normal I didn't look carefully at the entire instruction sheet. If I had I would have answered my own question as it was on the last page!
