How to punch 1-1.5cm circles?

I know for diameters of 1-5mm, we can use a hammer punch set. And for those of 1.5cm or larger, we can use a circle compass cutter.

But what about for those sizes in-between of around 6mm - 1.4 cm diameter? How can we create circles of these sizes?

Try a circle template and a scribing tool. Or if you are going all the way through, use a power drill.
