We are closing in on 30 days till Show Time....
The AMPS 2016 Show Committee has just finished up hammering out detail of this year's show schedule and floor layout. Yes, floor layouts are important; we all need to know where the folks who you willingly trade money for plastic are located, where the fantastic seminars will be held and most important, where the model displays are located.
To find the show schedule and floor plans:
visit the AMPS homepage at amps-armor.org and scroll down past the large 2016 Show flyer to the subheading "Show Schedule & Floor Plan" where you will find the hyperlink which you can download and view in PDF file format.
A seminar schedule will be posted once the Show Committee finalizes it's list of presenters and seminar times.
Parting Shots:
AMPS Judging: If you have never judged at an AMPS show, consider stepping up to the plate and support the show and fellow armor modelers. There will be opportunities to attend a brief, but informative "AMPS Judging" certification training classes at the show.
AMPS 2016 Pre-registration: Pre-registration for this year's show is open until March 31st. This is a great way to take your time and in the comfort of your modeling cave or corner and include all the work you put into those builds, without having to remember it all when you arrive at the show. A separate line for pre-registration allows you to drop off your paperwork, hand off your entries to the ramrods, then link up with friends or hit that ATM machine for additional fiscal firepower before entering into the vendor zone.
AMPS Voting: Voting begins on 1 March and ends on 15 March. In order to cast a vote. you must be an active member (dues paid at the time of voting) to hold an officer position and to vote.
