I placed an order, with Hobbyeasy on the first of this month. I ordered a set photo etch using Small Packets (AIR)-Registered. I still have not received my order. This shipping method is a waste of time and money.

Is your order showing as shipped on the account status screen? Have ordered from Hobbyeasy a good 30 or so times in last couple of years and always found their air mail service to New Zealand very speedy. Maybe it's much slower to the US. Does usually take them 2 or 3 days to dispatch though unlike BNA who are amazingly fast.

Hobbyeasy is my "go to" E-store and I've never not had an item shipped.
Be aware though that a lot of items are sourced and separately shipped direct from Poland/Ukraine/Europe etc (such as most PE sets and Gun Barrels)and actual delivery for these is usually 6-12 weeks from my experience .....
cheers
Brent

I have ordered several items from Hobbyeasy, with no issue. I usually go with surface shipping, but was stalled on a build. It took three weeks for the order to leave Hong Kong. It has been through four postal hubs, in the US. I actually received the package, yesterday. I just don't understand why priority international air shipping takes as long as surface shipping.?

@Dustin
If it's a Voyager set, it will take 2-3 months just to get it in stock. I'll stick to ordering Voyager sets from ebay.
