Anyone care to offer a recommendation for a good pin vise set? I have some slight arthritis issues in my hands so I was wondering if a pin vise with a large handle would be better. Thanks!

You could try a Archimedes pin vise. Takes a little to get it started sometimes. Just google 'Archimedes pin vise' to see if it will help you.
