These have been re-issued by Revell/Monogram but I don't know if the original diorama leaflet is still included.
And yes definitely Pollyscale paints.

Why don't you want the white metal material back in use (for anything that isn't some kind of track) J?

There is a site with some of Shep Paine's dioramas online, though I can't remember where exactly.

Hobby Fan HF-040 and/or HF-043. Both are the Vulcan Phalanx C.I.W.S last defense for ships against missiles at sea or whenever there's a threat. It's Close-In-Weapons-System or R2D2, nicknamed because they do lookalike the little robot. It's a Gatling gun that fires an giganormous amounts of bullets at their targets.
It's been tried with success on an HEMTT platform, like the Patriot missiles, on bases in Afghanistan against mortars rounds being lobbed into the bases limits.
I've seen one last year being on auction in eBay and the starting price was 150$USD, by a Brazilian seller. No one bid on it cause the price was really too high.
I think AFV is restarting the brand HobbyFan and to build some of the models, hopefully, it will do these too.

I'd love for the HobbyFan Scorpion to be back... Hopefully well see a modern plastic kit of it someday.
I do some 3D design work. Message me for more info on what I'm doing or have done. Inquire about a product catalog.

Yep - I can't forgive the [auto-censored] executives at Testors for buying up and then shutting down the Polly Scale line. I used the railroad colours mainly, and they were the best acrylics in town bar none! To this day I refuse to buy anything with the Testors label...
