Hi,
What is your opinion for the best brand for heavy Japanese Cruisers?
What extras would you add also?
Mostly after a Aoba, Myoko, Mogami, and an Atago in 1/700.
Seems like aoshima, fujimi and tamiya are the common contenders?
Cheers!

For anyone interested, I went ahead and bought the Hasegawa Aoba and Myoko. I added rainbow models and flyhawk metal deck and also their detail sets.
I bought the Tamiya Kumano with it's 5 star update set and some metal barrels also.
Best regards,
Callum.

1 haven't built a 1/700 ship since maybe 1987.
I used to know the pecking order for quality,I believe tamiya was on top, after that, dont remember. but that was my own opinion.
Mine are all still in boxes in the attic after the move from germany.
