I am finishing up the K-317 "Pantera" attack boat in 1/350th depicting her in her current state. In addition to the plaque on the base I had intended to do the Russian naval ensign beside the plaque. Is the blue diagonal "X" on the white background still current? Thank you in advance.

The darker blue ensign on white background was adopted on 29.12.2000 and is still current.
