I was wondering the fuel barrels that are mounted to the rear of the tank. Are they plumbed into the tank or are they just 2 55 gallon drums for fuel storage. Also if there are fuel lines does anyone have a pic they can post.

I believe they are not connected. T-72 had plumbing but I don't recall ever seeing it on earlier types.

I believe that they hold oil, but I am no expert.

They hold diesel. The small flattish tank (same shape as the trackguard fuel tanks but smaller) holds oil. Not that this matters when modelling them of course. Any tank that needs to carry 110gals of oil needs its engine rebuilt speedily😀
