Have always used water slide decals, but will now have to use dry transfers from Archer for a kit I'm building. Once I apply the dry transfers, can I still dullcoat the model?

Not sure about dullcote, but I overpay mine with acrylic matte with no adverse effects. Since IIRC dullcote is either enamel or lacquer based you may want to test it on a scrap transfer applied to a painted scrap of plastic just to make sure the solvents don't attack anything.

Yes, once you apply Archer dry transfers, you can Dullcote over them safely. Make sure you read their replacement guarantee, there is no better.
