I have just received my Asuka M4 late production. It did not include the M2 .50 cal which is shown in the instructions and the sprue layout at 1999.co. How do I contact them? Their website states customer feedback is discontinued. The box is in Japanese and I don't see any help info.

Did you order it directly from Asuka or a store?

If from a store, have you tried contacting them about the missing parts to see if they could help you? That might at least provide you with an alternative solution.
