Cool!! Love the colors and the detail painting itself. Howd you get that close with the shot? Am not familiar with the flower power mode of a digicam ... help!
Im sorry. Am afraid there is little that can be done about EDS. It will subside, yes, but will not go away. And unfortunately for all who are afflicted, the degree of infection progressively increases as time passes. You'll just have to live with this illness for the rest of your life.

It took me 30 mins to figure this out. Ang hirap kunin tong shot na to. Zooming and focusing does not work right away. A lot of angles and moving the lightings can do. Also, napansin ko kapag white background pangit ang labas. I suggest trying a black background para di magbounce ang light causing "auto white balance"
BTW, if you notice the 4 buttons on the first pic, I painted it red. Hindi sya masyadong halata dahil sa sobrang liit. It's as big as the ballpoint of the ballpen! Mas makikita sya in the flesh, but I think not all the details will show up since pag pinagdikit na yung 2 halves di halos kita yung interior detail.

Funny it seems, some blue parts does not show well. Also, the gunmetal tubes does not show "as it is" as well. Maybe a wash will do?

You're probably having the flash on while using a white backdrop, which is a bit of a no-no since it will really affect the way your colours come out -- plus it's essentially like shooting at a mirror of sorts, in this case yung white-ness nang flash mo naibabalik sayo. That's where lighting comes in, natural lighting has always been the best -- natural meaning SUN ha, or if you can afford GOOD INDIRECT lighting like the ones professional studio's have, that'd be another plus. Although I've had good results with the regular incandesent lamp.

Nice detail painting SR.

Hoping to see this done.

Lookin' good SR! What did you use to paint the tiny details?

Enamels. Tamiya enamels using dental drills, 0.5 drills, toothpicks and needles.

Try drybrushing of chrome silver you can highlights that tiny things before applying red, yellow and green for the small buttons or the panels.

Thanks! I've used Tamiya AS-5 Light Blue (Luftwaffe). Yan yung sabi sa kit. I will do the 3rd one with a yellow nose and cloud stripes. Pansin ko lang na parang "inaccurate" yung light blue as I have seen in some resources.
