Looking for a small air compressor for a condominium I stay in about 4 months a year. Chicago Airbrush is offering the Harder Steenbeck Euro-Tech for a great price. Noise is a really big deal in a condo. HS claims 38db noise level which is really low for that kind of compressor (oil free cylinder). Little hard to believe actually. Does anyone own this type and tell me if it really is quiet? (Obviously exact dB numbers not needed.)
