Is there a way of setting it so that when I click onto a topic/thread I have been on before it takes me to the last post that I looked at? At the moment it just takes me to the first post so I have to scroll through to see where I last looked.

Yes if you go to the thread from the 'latest Posts' tab. if you click the thread name you go to the first post, if you click the > symbol you go to the last post in the topic.

Sorry if I was a bit unclear in my request. What you said will indeed take me to the last post in a thread, but that is not what I was wondering.
On other forum, whenever I select a topic it automatically takes me to the last post that I read. I can therefor continue reading any new posts from where I left off. I can't seem to get that to work here and was wondering if it was my settings that need changed?
