I am offering the attached kits to you free - you just have to pay postage to your house. Kits are offered strictly AS-IS. The kits are in various states of completion. There may be parts assembled, there may be some painting. There may be aftermarket included. As far as I know the parts are complete and complete-able, but if not . . . Oh well.
