Hey folks,
a quick question for all the people out there with all that fantastic knowledge about everything:
How much did the barrel of the 5cm /L60 protrude from the Puma's gun mantlet? L/60 meaning the barrel is 3 meters long, I would guess something like 2 meters, but I'd like to know for sure. I just bought a metal replacement, but it is so much longer than the kit piece that it makes me wonder which one is wrong.

This photo seems to be exactly from the side so, apart from estimating how long it is related to the turret or a wheel,you can simply compare your model with this reference and see how it looks:

In the absence of one to measure, Doyle's drawing in Panzer Tracts 13 shows 53mm from end of muzzle brake to front face of Topfblende. The L/?? descriptor refers to the bore, not not necessarily much use for modelling purposes.
