Hello ,everyone. I just saw on Ebay this 1/48 MI-24 Hind by a company called Minihobby. Does anyone know anything about this kit or this company? The price of the kit is only $9.99 plus $18.00 shipping from China, so I'm guessing its not a state of the art release. Any info would be appreciated.

MiniHobby was an offshoot of Trumpeter in their early days. They made poor copies of other company's kits. In this case a copy of the Monogram 1/48 Hind. Get the Monogram kit, it is really nice. Minihobby sucks.

Thanks, Gino. I guess thats why I never heard of them. I do want to build a Hind. It will either be HobbyBoss 1/72 kit or the Monogram 1/48 kit.

Don't overlook the Zvezda series of Hinds if you want 1/72.
They are... nice.
The Monogram 1/48 can't be beat for sheer value. Fairly accurate straight out of the box, and still hasn't been surpassed.
