Does anyone know if there is a website that has good quality Pictures of the normandy beaches and its country side? I have tried the some of the other modeling website such as the one that, I believe lance witford "Twenot" I think? But I would like to see more. :-)

There are also a thread were penpen posted the address of a place with Normandy photos taken by him.

In france I bought two books about the landing beaches and i have got a couple of fotos myself I could scan the and mail it to you
If you want bunkers I also got a lot pictures of bunkers if you are interrested I want to send the here on the site but I haven`t found a special place for scenery reference on this site But maybe I haven`t look good yet

The new issue of National Geographic magazine has a whole article on D-day including a large fold out map of the beach landing names etc....

FAUST, you could create yoursef a yahoo photo-album. It's rather easy, when the site works well...

Right now I've got problems with my yahoo photo album...
The 1st album I created a few weeks ago works fine... but the site "crashes" each time I try to share
the new album I just created 2 day ago !
Otherwise, you can do the same thing on MSN, and on another site which name I just can't remember.
