Hi All. Added a RBModel barrel to DML 1/35 Panther D (kit#6164), the turret tilts a bit toward the front, leaving a gap between the turret back and the rear engine deck. I wonder what you all use as ballast to weight the turret down ? Thank you for any tips, advises or suggestions.

You could use lead shot (or metal BBs), fishing weight.. Pinewood derby weights really anything that has weight to it.

I actually used it to keep the bogies on my Tamiya M4A3E8 kit level. They kept wanting to rotate upwards at the first and last. And actually I had to also attach a small piece of sprue from the gun mount to the rear of the turret to keep the gun pointing straight - replaced the plastic barrel with a metal one.
