Designed a possible ribbon for the campaign, based on the "star of life", a symbol widely used in international medical emergency services.
Its only a possibility of course.... Thoughts?

Oh nice! We're building quite a diverse collection by the sounds of it

Boy, here's an inspirational looking film on the subject.
The Finest Hours is a Disney Company film (based on a book of the same name), starring Chris Pine, coming out next year about a true story of a Coast Guard rescue mission where 4 CG crewman in a rescue launch saved 33 men from a tanker that split in half in a storm off Cape Code in February 1952.
Glencoe Models makes a model kit of that boat.
Here's a trailer of the film.

Paul, I like the ribbon, too.
I just joined the Campaign. Was going to do a American-LaFrance Century Series Ladder Chief, but decided on a Bell H-13H Sioux from M*A*S*H.

Nice guys !
James, i'm looking forward to seeing the Sioux. I seem to have developed a new found interest in Helos.

Howdy..
I have a kit I'd like to build and think it might fit in here..
Its an old Fashioned Mid 70's civilian Wrecker..
so would that fit in here as a support vehicle.

Paul, I like the idea of this campaign but I'm not signing up yet as I have three campaigns starting in August and another starting in October already, including two ship builds in that.
I'll see how it goes and if time allows I'll join with a UH-1N rescue chopper of the US Marines or Navy.

That's like a car recovery vehicle right? I imagine if you've broken down these guys are lifesavers 😉 I'd gladly include that.
@Luciano - thanks for the interest, good luck with your other campaigns and we hope you can join us. I got to see a Huey at an airshow last weekend. In a funny way its rotor noise was one of the highlights of the day , it was so evocative of all the 'nam movies.

I'm in for sure, I've got some ideas for a few different builds that would qualify.
I'm glad this got proposed and approved!

I'm potentially interested, depending on how quickly I can get my workbench re-established after the move.
Seems like military ambulances are okay. Yes?
