Nice reference pics! Was that plane the C-130? The one that parachuted 2 people?

Alex,
Ganda ng site! Makes me want to build them (aarrgh! and the list gets uncontrollably longer). Thanks for sharing the link. Theyre still called SAF btw.

Now off with the 1/48 one. Anyone got decals for this craft? Pinoy stuff.

Shonen,
1/48?! That is a huge kit! Some guys at IPMS-BAC have been developing PAF decals for quite some time now. If I may say so their research has been tremendous. The markings were based on actual photos of the different aircraft plus the insignias were perused by a retired PAF general who helped standardize the winged diamond on PAF planes. Maybe El Jefe can help you out on this.
Btw, please keep us updated on your C-130 project. Good luck!

1:48 C-130? Now that's crazy. 1:72 pa lang nga malaki na, pano pa kung 1:48?
So anybody know where to find 1:144 C-130 kits instead?

Well let me say this. I promised to build a 1/48th C-130H for the son of the late Bert Anido, as part of his dad's PAF collection. Bert's kit is filled with aftermarket stuff! The photoetch sheet alone is as big as a short size bond paper! It has a white metal engine set and resin wheels. Now all I need to do is start building. And that's the hardest part coz I don't know where to start!!!
