You could try a little bit of lacquer thinner , or if you just bought this bring it back .

I did try the laquer thinner, and it did help, but it also turned the chunk I experimented on into a fibrous black mass. Will be good for building up an undercoat or shape, but will require additional painting to be acceptable for an outer effect. I did not email MiG having purchased this online from a vendor in the U.S. I did ask the opening question on their facebook page with no responses as yet.
