Hey guys,
It's been a while since I posted anything, but I still read others. Got a question.
I have some 2 part epoxy, the kind that is in a roll. This has hardened slightly and is difficult to work. I have heard that it is possible to soften this in a microwave. Does anyone know if this is true, and has anyone tried to do this?
Looking forward to any replies.
Thanks

Nothing, huh? I have searched and can't find anything. Just an urban myth, I guess. Maybe I'll experiment when my wife is out of the house.

Those things have a shelf life and when they get old you can't revive them anymore .

Hi Ron,
I had Milliput with that problem and was able to soften it in the microwave. There is a very hard external coat that will not soften and you will have to get rid of it.
Personally, after my experience, I think it is better to buy new milliput when you need it if you are in that situation.
Maybe what you can do is get rid of the external hard coat and then put the rest in the microwave just to try it.
Best regards,
Angel
