After my initial frustration this morning, (trying to get the individual links assembled with very tiny pieces while it was constantly falling apart with handling) I decided to have another go at it.......and after thinking about how to tackle the problem today: I came up with the "chopstick jig"!
That's right----disposable wood chopstick you get from the Asian take out food places, some double sided tape and voila!
So far assembling the tracks is going at least 50% faster with the jig I rigged up - and it didn't cost a thing!
If you are curious, I can post how I did it, but I am sure there are proper tools and better home made jigs out there.
So far this works for me! But if you still have some spare rubber band style one piece tracks for the M3 Stuart Honey, I will still be interested in it.
Cheers,
Eric
