You should be able to get them directly from Osprey, since they are publlished in England. Check Osprey Publishing.

Deal with the more serious chains such as Waterstones. They have an excellent order-service and if a book is in print, they will get you it within a few days. I have used their service many times (i'm usually in Britain twice a year) and sometimes it only takes a day or two to get the books. I would also consider Amazon U.K. , they have a vast amount of Osprey in stock and usually knock a pound or two off the price....Jim

the only problem is my nearest one is nottingham, and whilst i work there, i very rarely get the chance to go into the city center.

ah well at least i know where to get them now!

thanks for all the replies

You may want to check out ebayuk, they pop up on there regularly. I know because I sold a load on ebay last year and was checking out the prices they were going for. There are sometimes some Osprey books going for bargain prices.

I have ordered the last four books I received directly from Osprey. Service is good. Yes I paid full price, but In order to get them I did not mind. ( I also receive their newsletter through the internet)
