I just wanted to take a moment and make a positive post about an experience that I recently had with Dragon Care.
I have had two kits recently that were missing parts. I submitted a ticket through the Dragon care support site. In less than 24 hours my problem was acknowledged and dealt with. I interacted via email with a fellow named Armando.
I really think that the other model companies could learn a lot from this process.
So often we, as consumers, are quick to complain and highlight our negative experiences. I try to practice sharing my positive experiences....
Excellent service from Dragon, and Thank you Armando!

I agree with Greg, Armando at Dragon Care has assisted me on several occasions with Dragon kit issues and he does a very good job there. Well done.

Dragon care is generally very good at taking care of your needs but there is a caveat, the kit you need help with must be in production or at least the sprue you need the parts from must be in production (dragon kits use lots of sprue from different kits).

Sometimes they help you and there are times they seem to just blow you off .
