I purchased a 2nd hand cheap japanese compressor and AB kit, the AB has no markings on it, I just know it was horrible to work with. I plan on keeping the compressor it does the job fine, but I tried to hook up my Badger 105 to it and....the hose fittings were too big for the Badger Patriot. I also have a Paasche talon in the mail with its own hose and fittings. Will the Paasche hose work for the Badger, i'm hoping since they are both made in the good ol' U.S of A they will be interchangeable...if not do they sell Badger/Paasche adators? Do i have to buy a totally different hose or would the Paasche air hose be fine+adaptors? Any links to any of these hose adapters would be greatly appriciated and I think I need to buy a quick release so I don't have to unscrew the badger or talon everytime I want to switch them out. It's almost summer time here in Alaska so i'm about to start AB in the garage! Thanks guys!

Javier,
Once you receive your Paasche hose, fit it with a female quick release fitting.
Then buy a Badger male and a Paasche male, these will clip into
the one hose that are fitted with the female fitting.
http://www.amazon.com/Badger-Air-Brush-Co-51-038-Disconnect/dp/B000BPOJCO
This is the male adapter for the quick release....1 ea. for
Badger and Paasche.
Cheers,
Joe

Here's a link to Chicago Airbrush Supply ... top-notch US vendor ... very helpful.
I've been using this setup and really like it a lot: Grex Micro Air Control Valve w/quick-release. HTH.

If you’re referring to the ‘Grex’ valve that I mentioned above, the answer is yes.
The quick-release allows you to easily detatch and/or swap-out airbrushes once you have the male fitting installed. Hope that makes sense.
Also recommended … a strip of ’Teflon Plummer Tape’ to all threads in order to ensure leak-proof seals.

Thanks for the help dude! I've been using plumbers tape it works great. I'll keep you posted how it goes. The Chinese compressor might need an adaptor too I'm not sure if its made as an Iwata knock off so it fitts their Air Hoses and might not fitt Paasche and Badger.

oops I purchased two Badger male fittings thinking the link was for a universal badger/paasche fitting. Atleast I'll have a back up badger fitting .

Read up on the Grex connector, that thing is a god send, pretty much fitts all (according to Amazon product description)AB quick release fittings. Really saves us consumers from having to purchase specialized hoses for each AB we own.
