I have been searching for quite some time trying to find U.S. Navy crewmen in 1/144th scale. A couple of years ago I saw an advertisement by North Star but have seen nothing. I emailed them twice and still heard nothing.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THESE COULD BE FOUND? I have the 1/144th scale U.S.S. Fletcher and would love to have it manned. With more and more ships coming out in this scale one would think they would e making the men for them.

As far as I know, there are no US crewmen or German, for that
matter, available in 1:144 scale.

North Star Models makes some Kriegsmarine but are in static
poses and not to my liking.

Your best bet, as I have done, is to get some Preiser 1:144
US Air Force figures and Airline service figures and convert them.

I use these fine figures and convert them to u boats crews.

The following companies produce vehicles and figures in 1/144 scale which are popular with wargamers. Perhaps they may have some figures that would work or be converted:

Flames of War, 21st Century Toys, Pegasus, Dragon and the World Tank Museum.

I've seen several sets of the Flames of War series in one of our LHS. They look really detailed. and you get about 20-30 per package.
