Just bought a Dragon Panther tank model on ebay and the tracks are missing. The guy won't respond. Does anyone know if I can buy parts from Dragon?

Yes, maybe.
Unfortunately http://www.dragoncare.com/chsmain.asp
has been hit or miss lately, but by all means give it a go.
It may take some weeks before they respond.

As here on the forum. Someone is bound to have replaced the tracks with Fruils and will have some spares.

Was that missing parts mentioned in the description ? If not open a complain , you should be covered under the ebay money back guarantee . We're there pictures showing the kit ? We're they magic tracks by the way . They seem to be commanding a nice sum on eBay lately , sometimes they sell for 20 plus bucks or more . Maybe the seller sold them separately .

Its the old type rubber track not individual links. I put in a claim with ebay but I want the model. Will pursue if I can't get the tracks.

Sorry, I appear only to have the magic track indy links, not the DS track rubber bands.

if the seller has not responded by now he won't , as for the return of the item . it's not as advertised the seller will have to send you the return labels and you should not have to pay anything to send it back . And I think he does not want to spend any money on it . File a claim and ebay will even give you the sellers phone number so you can contact him directly . You should get your payment refunded back to your account and I bet you seller will not want the item back . Can you tell us who the seller is ?

greenbeenie was the seller. He had a bunch of models up a few days ago nd now all are taken down. Not sure if ebay shut him down or he pulled them and went elsewhere.
