My Meng Merkava IIID, came with individual track links. I have no idea how to assemble them. They do not appear to "snap"together.

Mine just arrived today and I believe it has the same links as yours. The individual links must be glued carefully together. What I do is assemble them in groups of five or ten, using Tamiya extra thin very sparingly-just enough to keep them coming apart when I move them. When I need to form them around the drive sprocket and idler and the front and rear road wheels I let the glue set for a moment and then place them to get them to shape. You can use the search bar above to look for how to assemble individual track links. I think there are some tutorials here as well as on Youtube.
