Matt the only one I can think of is The Battle of the Last Panzer but it looks like a piece of crap.

The golem isn't accurate.  
   It looks more like a balrog.  
 
You could see the Finnish film Tali-ihantala 1944. It features Finnish crewed Stug III's and the movie uses real surviving Stugs the Finnish T-34/76 1941 and has an excellent KV-1 mock-up. Nice tank crew scenes on a real Stug.
