Can someone please tell me how to post a pic in a fourm. I am really confused with their directions

First of all your pic must be on the internet. When you post your message and want the pic to show you must put in the URL of the pic. You find this by opening your pic and put the pointer over it and right click. Select "properties" and some info on the pic will appear. Where it says ADDRESS[URL] there is a line which starts http:www......... You should copy and paste this whole line into your message. At the end write [/img] and at the beginning of the line write [img] with no spaces. When your message has been posted the pic should show.

For your postings here, there is 3mb free for everybody signed up. Great place for uploading pics to as you can direct link them in your messages here and pics can be seen in threads!
You log in for armorama is the same for your log in for the gallery. Just upöoad your pics.
Also there is a button on the top left of page called "image help".
