Every Tamiya instruction leaflet (or book) has a listing at the end (usually between the construction and painting pages) that lists each sprue with a cost in yen. IF you are looking to replace a sprue that would be your best bet, by contacting Tamiya directly instead of trying to go through an agent, primarily because the link for Denmark (through the Tamiya agent page) is a dead link.

If you only need certain parts from a kit, then the Buy/Sell/Trade forum is a great place to start. Most will send out extra parts they have at no cost. All you need to provide is a kit number and the part number.

Here's the scan from the instructions for the P-47 Bubbletop. The clear parts are Sprue "H". You'd need part number 9006399 from item number 60770.
