can anyone tell me, does roll model really take two to three weeks to ship orders? this message didn't appear until I had already placed my order. that seems like a long time, to ship something from california to arizona. thanks!

Yes, unfortunately it does take a long time. My last order from them took two and a half months to ship and even then I only got half of my order. They cancelled the items that were on back order.

Two and a half months! Seriously? I thought everything listed was in stock! Getting my stuff speedily is a lot more important to me than getting it cheaply, though I realize others may feel differently.

Thanks for posting this. I think I will be avoiding Roll Models.

I believe much of what Roll Models sells is not in stock. They order from the distributor/manufacturer after a customer order is placed. That's been my experience with them, anyway. I have no problem with that. If I want something NOW, I go elsewhere. But I have been able to get kits from Roll Models that others can't or won't sell, so the wait is no bother.

I called them back and had them substitute something that was in stock, so it's all good.
