Hi,
Can anyone advise me on how to go about obtaining spare parts for a Hobby fan kit? I seem to be unable to obtain a response from their uk agent (out of business?) and Hobby Fan themselves do not seem to respond to emails (their website is very user unfriendly). I have their M3 Amphibious Bridging System, which is a great kit but I've hit a brick wall about 90% of the way through the build. The windshield part (no. 56) came badly warped when I received the kit. I have been unable to fix it and in the process of trying to fit a poor part I managed to damage the cab roof (part 64). So now I have a VERY expensive resin kit that's going nowhere fast!😫
As the kit was a Xmas present from my generous other half a few years ago, she cannot remember where it came from other than 'somewhere on eBay!', so it's not like I have any redress with the seller. Any ideas?

eBay's Customer service is able to help you find the transaction. Even you could find it in your/her account. Click on "My eBay" and scroll down to Purchase History in his or her account.
Hope this help

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately the eBay seller is no longer in business. Guess I will just have to persevere with AFV Club or improve ,y atrocious scratch building technique!

Andy: send all details of the kit, your issue and your home address to my staff E-mail account and I will see if I can fix your issue through my contacts at AFV Club. I am however not going to make a habit of this and so I will not be replying or entering into conversations with all members who have an issue with AFV Club or HobbyFan.
