My local shop had orochi 1/35 m3a3 deluxe edition kits in the new kits pile yesterday. It comes with a ton of extras like wheel masks, metal tracks, figures, PE, and even a brass barrel. My question is, has anyone built one of these? Google yields very little on the matter. With all of the extras the kit comes with, and a price at $60, I don't know if it's a steal, or they just throw the extras in because the quality is bad. What do you think?

It looks to be far inferior to the Meng M3A3 (which is awesome), but at about the same premium price. The extra gimmicky items don't justify the price when you take the quality into account. It is about on par, quality-wise, with the older Tamiya Bradley kits. I would buy (and did) the Meng M3A3 kit.
