I've been looking into getting a Badger 105 Patriot AB. It seems like a solid AB thats versatile. But before I pull the trigger on it, I wanted to know what is another brand/Model that offers a great AB for under $100?

Perhaps an Iwata Revolution HP-CR? I've seen those go for around $100. (Maybe not the best option for super fine work though since it has a .5mm nozzle)

If you want something on the cheap I can recommend the Iwata NEO (reviewed here: https://armorama.kitmaker.net/review/6779&syn=6807)
I have one of those and it goes for around ~$50. I've tried a few different models and I must say you get excellent value for money

I second the Neo, have the gravity feed version for some time now. Works fine, decend to clean and works with Tamiya colors just fine.

I third the Neo, was extremely surprised at how well the airbrush worked for the low price. I paid $70 CDN, for mine, and it has become my primary airbrush over my much more expensive Iwata Eclipse.

Does it do broad and relatively fine lines? I'm just making sure I can do model painting for 1-35 and 1-48 scale tanks and planes. Camo patterns and such

Compared to the Badger I'm guessing it can probably do finer lines since it has a smaller needle (0.35).
It's hard to say for sure without knowing exactly what you need but I would say that the Neo can do pretty much anything you could ask of an airbrush (in regards to price obviously)

I lucked out and found the badger 105 on sale for $71.99 (US) which is about $12 cheaper than any other place plus free shipping. I might look into the bro as a 2nd detail brush as I get more into scale painting
