Enjoyed "WINDTALKERS"?
This is an interesting site...
 http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq61-4.htm
It's a de-classified list of the Navajo codetalkers dictionary....
Maybe we can meld it into our own lingos! ^_^

Translated as:
"I found the movie a POS - and I don't mean that engineering term! - because it just sucked so badly, I can't believe that I actually paid to see this film! What a waste of money, I should've known what to expect from a John Woo film, but noooooooooooooooo... did I follow my instincts? Hell no! Where in the f*cking Pacific can you find pigeons - yes, those darn vermin-laden pigeons! - flying in an open battlefield! Or where grenades explode with the force of 105mm HE shells with POZIT fuses! That movie has got to be the most stupid movie I've ever seen, seeing infantry move around in a non-tactical manner! Hell, did the USMC and US Army work that way?!? Hell no! All that 'keep the code' bullsh*t by shooting the code talker was so much bullsh*t I reckon John Woo's 'art of action' got too much in the way of the real story. Did I say real story?!? Good lord, there's nothing real portrayed in the movie! Perhaps he thought 'Oh, we need troops moving this-way-and-that so it looks dramatic, and tanks moving this-way-and-that to heighten the tension, and airplanes flying in formation because it's art... yes, must be 'Art in Action' remember 'Art in Action.' Art in Action my a$$! He could've gone directing just Chinese martial arts but noooooooooooo he just had to do a WW2 film... and he had to include some 'racial harmony' and 'environmentalist' message into the mix! Hello, Earth to John Woo, this is supposedly a war movie, not some 'gee, look at me, I'm a happy cloud' film. CAN SOMEONE JUST KEEP HIM AWAY FROM MODERN HISTORY AND SHOOT HIM IN TRUE SOVIET FASHION?!?"
100% accurate translation, no doubt. #:-)

An ice cold bottle of Lone Star Light for anyone who deciphers the Navajo phrase I posted.
Well, except for Fritz. He can get an ice cold coke.

Very UNREALISTIC indeed....I don't think a drum type magazine of a Tommy Gun holds more than 100 .45 cal. shells...
Pati yung kasama nyang Navajo....Ang daming napatay...Niratrat pa yung isang Hapon gamit ang kanyang M1 Carbine....
At yung mga Hapon, hnde bumabaril....Laging nagba-bayonet lng...But they could have at least fired their Arisaka type 38 rifles...

Buck: Yes, I didn't like it. Actually, I didn't watch it. The moment I heard it was a John Woo film and that Nicholas Cage would star in it, I stayed away from it like a hermit away from the Black Plague.
Just seeing the trailer made me shake my head for all that artsy-fartsy things John Woo would do.
