Ok, so here is the problem. I am really trying to figure this out and don't know where to start. I got a few models to try to get back into things. The problem is one of them lists a color that I have not heard of and don't know if it's still in production. For right now I would like to stay with testors and wanted to see if anyone had suggestions on how to find alternatives. The color is called cocoa brown. I am figuring out other colors, but this one has me stumped. thank you

Will look into it thank you, I was trying to figure out an alternative so that I didn't have to pay for something I may not use again or for a while.

There's an application on the net . Ultimate paint model conversion or it words out to that , it gives you the equivalent of colors from different manufacturers . I'm sure somebody can point you to the right directions . But just going on the name that's the only one that I know of with that name . If you want to get mr hobby your best bet is eBay it runs about five bucks per bottle free shipping . That color line is very hard to find in the USA . The aqueous color that is .

Thank you, I will check out ebay and see what I can find. What little I could find was not the color needed on other sites.

Don't forget the IPMS Stockholm colour reference charts. Part 2 lists equivalents for many popular paint ranges, including Gunze.

Cocoa brown's nearest equivalent according to this chart is Humbrol #10. Humbrol #10 is Tamiya X9 or Testors Model Master #1540
