Weezul, Dragon just released some nice figures of the 101st during the Battle of the Bulge. I just seen the add in this months FSM. I think ever since "Band of Brothers" airborne troops are quite popular.

Well, I like artillery. U.S. WWII towed stuff.
1) 40mm Bofors
2) US 90 mm AA gun(not the old Aurora kit or Adams? can't remember which it was)
3) 75mm Skysweeper AA gun
4) US 75mm Pack Howitzer

I wouldn't mind seeing a patriot battery in 1/35. I have only seen it in 1/48.

AS all the armor modelers circle me in anticipation of a quick kill and easy meal . . .

In much the same vein as my compatriots here, I think there's a solid need for AFFORDABLE basic airfield gear from the mainstream manufacturers -- USAF and USN wheel chocks, for example, fire extinguishers, starter carts, grounding plug insets, fueling plumbing, tow tractors, taxiway and runway light fixtures, etc. Verlinden and Hasegawa prices are still a little hard to swallow for their stuff, and what other companies do is still pretty hit and miss in the availability department.

Gotta hand it to Eduard especially for their PSP planking bases -- that's the kind of approach that's needed for these kinds of products.

The ammo demand also applies on the A/C side, even with the various photoetched belts (flat ammo . . . imagine that?)

Thank god we've already got reams of resin photoetched stuff for specific aircraft!!

Just my fraction of a dollar's worth.
