Wilder of Russia offers many paints and tools for modelers.  This is their TAKK, a reusable malleable adhesive to hold details in place during various assembly steps such as gluing and soldering.

I have the blue kind/sort. It does the job it's made for without problems. I too recommend it.

I was wrong, I am sorry. Jumped the gun. It was a Lepage blue stuff like the one in the review. Does an excellent job too.
Sorry. I cannot trust my memory these days. It's because of the drugs.
