Hello, I got a Badger 200 I L, I was wondering whether or not anyone has any info on this thingy. I'm new to airbrushing, so anything would be helpful. (Surprisingly enough, I'm not new to spraying; I have the big all-purpose sprayer; kinda like a spraypaint can) Thanks for your time.

Practice is the key. Check out Iwata's website for some ticks and tips on using the AB really efficient.

I have the Badger 200 as well. It is a very nice, easy to handle AB. It atomizes paint very well. The only drawback if you want to call it that is in order to adjust the needle you have to turn the screw at the back of the AB. The upside is that you can maintain a constant width. When it comes time to clean the unit. First spray thinner through it, then disassemble by removing the needle and the two part head assembly. I clean it out with a pipe cleaner and Q-tips. Be extra careful when cleaning out the teflon washer it has a very narrow opening. I purchased some very fine nylon brushes from www.micromark.com that work very well. I hope this information helps. Enjoy your new AB.
