Ok, I have just finished my 1st model in 30 years, I am amazed at all the advances in all the equipment , tools, etc.
Yet we still have these stupid, water based, stick on decals, the only difference now is that companies are gouging us for pre adhesives and post adhesives.
Could some of you much wiser folk than my self, please tell me why it isn't the norm to make masks and brush or airbrush on insignias?
I'm pretty sure back in 1943 that these insignias were painted on ( pretty sure they didn't have big sticker sets)
